Remote Education
Remote Education may be set when it might not be possible for pupils to receive in person education. These fit into 2 broad categories:

school closures or restrictions on attendance, where school access for pupils is restricted

individual cases where a pupil is unable to attend school but is able to learn
Where remote education may be the best alternative, the decision will be made in consultation with parents and in the best interests of the child. Remote education will not replace the possibility of attending school wherever possible and will be used as a last resort.
